Paduka Pooja in Every Home, Divine Grace in every heart!
Dear Chinmaya Family members,
Hari Om!
This is a vey special year for every one of us. We are all very blessed as we are on the way to bring to completion our Chinmaya Maruti Ashram building. When our building is completed, we will be able to provide more services and thus bring more happiness to more people. This is happening due to the grace of Almighty God and our Gurudev.
This very fact indicates that every child and adult here is divinely guided in some unknown way towards the ultimate good goal of life because their life has been touched by His grace. Now this grace will ever flow through you by the power of humble service at the feet of our Guru- a great realized master. It is our duty now to express our gratitude to Gurudev. We can most easily do this by sharing this grace with more people to help them in their lives.
To help you do this easily, we have started a yajna the “Paduka Pooja Yajna in Every Home”. We will do this in as many homes as possible this year. We will have its culmination by a big Paduka pooja at the newly completed building. There will be a lucky draw of yajaman names from those who have finished their paduka pooja. They will get to do the pooja that day on the stage with the chief sponsor Yajaman. Each of you can set up a pooja date convenient to you in this year till the month of May. You can invite your friends and extended family to share these joyful blessings with them. What could be better than this spirit of yajna, where we sacrifice our pride, our negative feelings our ego for Loka-kalyana? What could be better than sharing with others through our good sankalpa and act of worship, how to lift up their own life and make the future better for all? Thus we can live our pledge of “giving more to more people” rather than just taking for our self. Thus fulfilling your duty you can express your gratitude. Let your blessings automatically multiply many folds, let your peace and happiness increase, let your stress and suffering decrease through spiritual giving and living.
